Obridge Academy Impression New York Summer Camp

Long Island: This summer camp is based on Long Island. This place is famous for its rich residents. Long Island and New York City are good neighbors, but Long Island is a quite place. Long Island also has some famous residences. In addition to the royal families from European in early age, former president Roosevelt, the Kennedys, J.P Morgan Family, famous physical scientist Zhenning Yang, Actress Natalie Portman and director Steven Spielberg have all lived here. Huntington Beach of Long Island enjoys the name of “One of the Surfing Heavens”. The beauty of the beach and waves has been attracting people from all over the world.
Dialog: Are you tired of piles of homework and the “Remember the whole text” thing? Do you want to experience the campus in the States? Are you planning to take a break from study but don’t want to be left behind? Come and join us then! You will be able to make friends with American students here, and learn English in a relax environment. The emerging education mode will offer you the chance to do culture exchange with local students and improve your oral English. More than that, the activities will offer you a chance to practice your leadership here and experience the word “World Village”. If you are a fan of American Dramas, you may get the chance to feel and see the scenes by yourself. During the 20 days, experienced teachers from local schools will offer help with your English study on both written and oral, and make the English study easier. After the tense but interesting lectures, you can enjoy yourself by playing baseball or basketball games with your new friends. You will also be a part of the deliberations to express your view. Come and explore a new self, and have a brilliant dialog with the contemporary for another country!
Ivy League: Ivy League has always been a legend for the other side of the earth. Now, a chance has been offered to you to go there by yourself and find out about them. Visiting Ivy League Schools such as Colombia University, New York University, Harvard University and MIT will be a part of the camp activity. You will also have the option to do interviews with the College Guidance counselor. You will know better about the steps of applying. This experience will be a strong push to your Ivy League dream, and make it no longer a dream any more.
